How to Register for SBI Mobile Banking Services?
Mentioned below are the steps to register for SBI mobile banking services:
- Using Mobile Phone:
Step 1: Send “MBSREG” to 9223440000 or 567676.
Step 2: An SMS containing the User ID along with an MPIN will be received.
Step 3: Another SMS will be received containing a link to download the app.
Step 4: Following the link, the app should be downloaded from the Play Store or Apple App Store.
Step 5: Log in with the help of your User ID.
Step 6: Post login, MPIN can be changed with a new MPIN
- By Visiting ATM:
Step 1: Visit any of your nearest SBI ATMs.
Step 2: Insert your debit card.
Step 3: Choose the option “Mobile Registration”.
Step 4: Provide the 10-digit registered mobile number.
Step 5: After verification of the mobile number, an SMS will be received confirming the activation of SBI Mobile Banking.
Step 6: After activating the link, SBI mobile services are available.
- By Visiting Branch:
Step 1: Visit your home branch of SBI during working hours. Before visiting a bank, one should also consider the bank timings, it’s working hours and working days as per the RBI Holiday List.
Step 2: Fill out the registration form.
Step 3: Provide all the details required.
Step 4: The bank will then activate mobile banking services.

How to Reset MPIN?

Step 3: Under “Menu”, click on the “Tab” settings.
Step 4: Provide the old MPIN, and now enter the new MPIN twice.
Step 5: A confirmation message will now be received stating that the MPIN has been changed.
